You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental and emotional well-being during any coaching calls or appointments, including your choices and decisions. You are aware that you can choose to discontinue coaching at any time.

You understand that “coaching” is a Professional-Client relationship you have with your coach that is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

You understand that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of your life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. You acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching into those areas, and implement your choices is exclusively your responsibility.

You understand that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. You understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and you will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy.

You promise that if you are currently in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, that you have consulted with the mental health care provider regarding the advisability of working with a coach and that this person is aware of your decision to proceed with the coaching relationship.

You understand that information will be held as confidential unless you state otherwise, in writing, except as required by law.

You understand that certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training OR consultation purposes.

You understand that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other qualified professionals. You will seek independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters. You understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively yours and you acknowledge that your decisions and your actions regarding them are your sole responsibility.

Entering this site declares that you are responsible for your own actions during any coaching session or workshop. You understand that this work is for self-development and informational purposes only and is not intended to be therapy. Any need for professional therapeutic services must be secured outside of this session, group or workshop.

All Readings are a form of experiment; no claims are made and results cannot be guaranteed. The Sitter (You) certifies that he/she is not aware of any medical or psychiatric condition which might affect his/her interpretation of the reading and that he/she is voluntarily seeking the services for him/her and assumes full responsibility for the outcome. Refund policy

All appointments are prepaid and nonrefundable. Rescheduling fees may be charged if you change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice. No-shows are billed the full amount and not rescheduled. By purchasing a session, course or workshop you acknowledge the cancellation policy and you acknowledge that Blissful Quests, LLC and Doyle Ward is not a doctor, counselor, or lawyer and not providing anyone with medical, psychological, or legal advice. For Legal Purposes, all sessions are for entertainment purposes only.

You may return new or unopened items sold by Blissful Quests, LLC on the blissfulquests.com website within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds will not be given for downloaded files including but not limited to music, meditations and classes or courses.

Courses are non-transferable and must be completed as purchased & specified.

Items are shipped back to Blissful Quests, LLC at your own expense.

If you have requested a refund this will be made to your original payment method within two weeks of your returned item having reached us.

Member account, password and security

If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing the Blissful Quests, LLC with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You may also be required to select a password and/or a username. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.  You agree to notify the Blissful Quests, LLC of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.  Blissful Quests, LLC will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.  However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Blissful Quests, LLC or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use the account or password of any other member or user of the Services made available on the Site without the express permission said member or user of the Services.
